By using Jayyek, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
قبول الشروط
إنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب يعني موافقتك على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية. يحق لنا تحديث الشروط، وستُخطَر بأي تعديل جوهري.
Acceptance
Creating an account or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms, and any material change will be communicated.
الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وسرية رمز الدخول. أي نشاط يتم من حسابك يُعتبر صادراً عنك. يُمنع إنشاء حسابات وهمية أو استخدام بيانات الغير.
Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the security of your credentials. Any activity from your account is attributed to you. Fake accounts or using others' data is prohibited.
الطلبات والدفع
تُحتسب الأسعار بالليرة السورية وقد تتغيّر دون إشعار مسبق. الدفع النقدي عند الاستلام متاح ضمن مناطق محددة. يحق لجاييك رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأسباب تشغيلية أو أمنية.
Orders & payment
Prices are in Syrian Pounds and may change without notice. Cash on delivery is available in selected zones. Jayyek may decline or cancel orders for operational or security reasons.
الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر استخدام المنصة لأي غرض غير قانوني، إساءة استخدام الكوبونات، إعادة بيع المنتجات، أو إلحاق ضرر بالخدمة أو بمستخدمين آخرين.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, abuse coupons, resell products, or harm the service or other users.
الملكية الفكرية
جميع العلامات، الشعارات، والمحتوى مملوكة لجاييك ولا يجوز استخدامها دون إذن خطي مسبق.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and content belong to Jayyek and may not be used without prior written permission.
إخلاء المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة كما هي، ونبذل جهداً معقولاً لضمان الجودة. لا نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن انقطاع مؤقت أو ظروف قاهرة.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality but disclaim liability for indirect damages caused by temporary disruptions or force majeure.
القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في الجمهورية العربية السورية.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
